Your course registration includes digital materials, lunches, breaks, and the Welcome Reception. Your registration does not include hotel and travel accommodations. All fees are in US dollars.

Apply for membership before registering and receive member rates! After completing your membership application, please email events@aien.org for assistance with registering.
Registration can be made online via the following payment types: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only). If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email your completed registration form to events@aien.org. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with wire details. Please note that additional wire transfer fees will apply. If paying by check, please make it payable to ‘AIEN’ and mail to 11111 Katy Freeway, Suite 615, Houston, Texas USA, after confirmation that your online registration has been completed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Course registration fees are refundable until June 12, 2023, minus a 10% administrative charge. The administrative charge will be based on your registration amount. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed.

If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a visa for this course, payment of the registration fee must first be made. If you apply and do not receive a visa, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate, and we will refund your payment in full. Please email kristin@aien.org for more details.
