The hotel is located on northeastern side of Port-of-Spain nestled on 25 acres of garden in the Cascade Mountain, with panoramic view of the city scape and the lush northern range. Queen’s Park Savannah, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and Emperor Valley Zoo are within three kilometers of the property. Every room features a private balcony.

The above room rates are inclusive of a breakfast for one person and Wi-Fi internet. Room rates are quoted exclusive of 10% room tax, 10% service charge and 12.5% VAT (on service charge). Room rates will apply up to three days before and three days after the course, subject to availability.
AIEN has secured a limited number of rooms for course attendees. We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible to ensure availability. AIEN cannot guarantee room and rate availability once the room block has filled up.

The deadline to reserve a room under the AIEN room block is July 3, 2023. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations at the group rate, subject to availability.
Transportation
Taxis
There are “authorized taxis” from the airport to your destination, the taxi tariff is displayed in the ‘Arrivals’ area. Private taxis are also available and generally found at major hotels. Fares are not metered and should be confirmed before departure. All licensed taxis are designated by “H” on the license plate. Taxis can also be hired from registered Taxi Associations.
Ridesharing
Ridesharing is available through one of the below apps. Uber is not operational in Trinidad.
