This "Consultant Agreement for Business Development in a Host Country" (2008) is a revision of the 1999 Model Contract. This agreement, while a typical consulting contract, also contains provisions which address and guard against Foreign Corrupt Practice Act and similar violations. The drafting committee was co-chaired by Steve Molina with the Dallas office of Patton Boggs LLP; and Chris Strong with Vinson & Elkins LLP in Dubai.
