Kyle Lewis is a Director in Société Générale's Energy Investment Banking Group, where he advises leading energy, power, and infrastructure companies on strategic and financing initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience in energy investment banking, Kyle has worked across the evolution of the sector—from traditional energy markets to today's rapidly changing power and energy transition landscape. He partners with independent power producers, utilities, and midstream companies to navigate capital allocation, growth opportunities, and evolving market dynamics. Kyle brings a broad perspective on the intersection of energy demand, infrastructure investment, and the capital required to support the industry's transformation.

Elizabeth McGinley, Partner, Bracewell
Liz McGinley, chair of Bracewell’s tax department and chair of the firm’s energy transition practice, regularly advises clients on energy project development, with a focus on projects supported by federal tax credits including numerous carbon capture, clean fuels, low emissions power generation and clean hydrogen projects. She regularly advises on qualification for the credits, contractual arrangements supporting the credits and tax credit monetization and financing transactions. Liz combines her knowledge of the tax credits with a detailed understanding of the assets and the commercial aspects of each project. In addition, Liz regularly advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, restructuring transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity issuances, primarily in the energy industry.

Philip Son, Senior Counsel, Fervo Energy
Philip Son serves as Senior Counsel at Fervo Energy, bringing extensive experience in energy project development, commercial transactions, and EPC contracting.

Throughout his career, he has led legal support for major international energy projects in renewable energy, LNG, and petrochemicals. Prior to Fervo Energy, Philip held senior legal roles at BP, ITT Inc., Lotte Chemical USA, and Hyundai Heavy Industries.

He holds a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan
