Reservations may be made by calling the Reservations Department at +55 11 3069-2807 and mentioning “AIEN”.

The deadline to reserve your room under the AIEN room block is Monday, October 3, 2022. The hotel will continue to accept reservations at the room rate after the deadline date, subject to availability.  Rates are available up to three days before and three days after the workshop, subject to availability. Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before check-in.

If you would like to reserve an higher level room, please contact the Reservations Department directly by phone at +55 11 3069-2807 or by email at reservas.brasil@marriott.com, and inform them you are with AIEN so they can let you know what rooms are available and the daily rate.

If you require a letter of invitation from AIEN to obtain a visa for this workshop, payment of the registration fee must first be made.  If you apply and do not receive a visa, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate, and we will refund your payment in full.
