Corresponding with International Women's Day (IWD 2026), AIEN's Regional Chapters are hosting a series of events around the world during the month of March.

Following the success of our 2025 IWD session "Empowering Change - Break Bias and Build Inclusion in the Energy Sector," the AIEN-WNG Europe Chapter invites you to the next stage of the journey. In alignment with the IWD 2026 theme #GiveToGain, we are shifting the conversation from external barriers to internal empowerment and ensuring each of us has the tools to support one another. In an evolving energy sector and fast-paced world that are rapidly being shaped by advances in technology, this event will explore the speakers’ personal experiences and professional insights on building resilience in the face of major challenges, the importance of a strong personal brand, and the use of “heart intelligence” to elevate and amplify your leadership skills and foster an equal and supportive workplace.
