The above room rate is valid for single occupancy and inclusive of breakfast, VAT and prevailing taxes. Room rates will apply up to three days before and three days after the course, subject to availability.
AIEN has secured a limited number of rooms for course attendees. We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible to ensure availability. AIEN cannot guarantee room and rate availability once the room block has filled up.

The deadline to reserve a room under the AIEN room block is January 26, 2024. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations at the group rate, subject to availability.
Special Arrangements for Ramadan
We recognize that this event coincides with the beginning of Ramadan and AIEN has confirmed with the hotel that there will be space for prayer provided, an open iftar buffet and that the hotel will serve sahur in the guest’s sleeping room for the morning.
Venue Location & Transportation
Centrally located in the Besiktas district, Shangri-La Bosphorus is close to the city's financial district and the Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Centre. The hotel is a 45-minute drive from Istanbul International Airport and a 90-minute drive from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport. In addition, the Port of Galata, a terminal for luxury cruise ships, is less than 4 kilometers from the hotel.
There are several options to reach Shangri-La Bosphorus. Guests can choose between hotel limousine pick-up, taxi, rideshares such as Uber or airport bus shuttles.
