Join our Australia-Pacific Chapter for this hybrid panel discussion on risk allocation of major LNG construction projects and how contractors, owners and other stakeholders can mitigate their risks and maximize their opportunities, including in light of recent applicable court decisions.
This session will delve into issues that frequently cause disputes over cost blowouts, delay and disruption in major LNG construction projects, including the impacts of new technology, environmental issues, social license, cross-border logistics as well as delays, variations, defects and ground conditions.
Our panel of experts will consider the knock-on effects of these critical issues and the liabilities and disputes that often arise as a consequence, and the key mitigation strategies in the face of those risks.
