Peangpanor Boonklum is a distinguished Thai corporate lawyer and former senior energy executive, widely recognised for her leadership as Senior Executive Vice President & General Counsel at PTT Public Company Limited, Thailand’s largest state-owned energy corporation. During a career spanning over two decades, she provided strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, major transactions, risk management and regulatory affairs, helping shape PTT’s growth across oil, gas, petrochemicals and energy infrastructure. 

Prior to her in-house leadership, Ms. Boonklum gained deep private practice experience in capital markets and mergers & acquisitions at top firms, including Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners and international practices. Throughout her tenure at PTT, she also served on management and board committees of key subsidiaries and industry bodies, contributing to governance and compliance excellence. 

A frequent speaker on corporate governance and legal leadership in Asia, she was repeatedly recognised in The Legal 500’s GC Powerlist as one of Southeast Asia’s leading in-house counsel. 

Ms. Boonklum retired from her role as General Counsel at PTT PLC effective 31 December 2025, concluding a notable career that set benchmarks for legal leadership within the region’s energy sector. 

Beyond her executive service, she remains active in governance and advisory roles, leveraging her deep expertise in law and energy.
 

Lyrna Esmeralda-Hewitt, Country Head - Philippines, Verdant Energy
Lyrna Esmeralda-Hewitt is a seasoned energy sector executive with over 20 years of experience across commercial strategy, business development, and energy markets in Southeast Asia. She is currently Country Head for the Philippines at Verdant Energy, where she leads the company’s strategic growth and commercial initiatives, fostering innovation and sustainability in the renewable energy landscape. In this role, Lyrna drives investment growth and strengthens stakeholder relationships to support the company’s objectives in the Philippines’ fast-evolving energy transition. 

Before her current position, Lyrna held senior leadership roles in the energy industry, including Vice President for Business Development at Aboitiz Renewables Inc., the renewable energy arm of Aboitiz Power, and significant involvement with the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN). She has served on AIEN’s Board of Directors, including as Regional Director for Asia, and has received the organization’s President’s Award for exemplary service — a recognition of her contributions to the industry and professional community. 

Lyrna’s career reflects a blend of commercial acumen, regional expertise, and a deep commitment to advancing sustainable energy practices across Asia. 
 

Suniti Kaur, Partner, Alaya Legal
Suniti holds a B.A.,LLB (Hons) degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (India). She is the Co-founder and Executive Partner at Alaya Legal, where she leads the firm’s Energy and Sustainability practice. With deep expertise across oil & gas (upstream and downstream), LNG, renewable energy, and green hydrogen, Suniti has built a reputation for delivering strategic legal counsel in complex, high-value transactions and regulatory matters.

Under her guidance, Alaya Legal has steadily developed its credentials in advising stakeholders across India’s evolving energy sector. 
 

Kiran Dhingra Seth, General Manager (Law) – Corporate Affairs, Indian Oil Corporation Limited
Kiran Dhingra Seth is a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years of experience spanning top-tier law firms and a Fortune 500 company. Currently serving as General Manager (Law) – Corporate Affairs at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Kiran advises senior leadership on a wide array of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and complex dispute resolution.

With a strategic and hands-on approach, Kiran has led cross-functional legal teams and negotiated high-stakes contracts in sectors such as oil & gas exploration, LNG, gas transmission, renewable energy, and joint ventures. His/her experience also covers legal aspects of emerging domains like data protection, trade sanctions, and anti-corruption compliance.

Monsicha Pongrujikorn, Counsel, Chandler Mori Hamada Limited
Monsicha (Mint) Pongrujikorn is Counsel at Chandler Mori Hamada Limited, supporting the firm’s Co-Managing Partner and Chairman in leading the Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure practice group.

With over a decade in the energy industry, Mint specializes in energy and natural resources transactions and has extensive and diverse experience across the value chain, having served as in-house counsel at a supermajor multinational energy corporation and as a renewable power project finance lawyer at a magic circle international law firm. Her oil and gas legal experience includes advising on full value-chain business operations, JOAs, service and procurement contracts, International Master Agreements, major projects, biddings, and transactions in both upstream and downstream sectors during periods of significant change. She provides legal, regulatory, policy, and strategic advice on corporate and commercial matters, crisis management, legal operations, and digital transformation.

Mint is a guest lecturer in Energy Law at Thammasat University International Business LLB Programme for “Project Finance” and “International Petroleum Agreements.” She holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School (Chevening/Cambridge Trust Partnership Scholar), and an LLB from the University of Bristol. She is among Thailand’s first UK-qualified Thai solicitors, trained in a UK magic circle law firm’s Bangkok and Hong Kong offices (Thailand’s pilot-case Trainee Solicitor).

Mint has organized two of AIEN’s flagship International Energy Summits and is the current Co-Chair of the 2026 Model Contracts Workshop.
