Anton Melnik graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics in 2005.

Anton heads the digital transformation division of Baker Hughes in Russia and CIS, and he is the regional leader of the BakerHughesC3.ai alliance in the region created by Baker Hughes and C3.ai in 2019 to develop and promote Artificial Intelligence technologies in the oil and gas industry and implement Baker Hughes' own digital transformation program.

Prior to the merger of GE Oil&Gas and Baker Hughes, Anton was responsible for the development of GE's digital business in RCIS, and he has also been the Regional Manager and General Manager of Meridium Inc.'s representative office since 2014. (part of GE), one of the pioneers in asset, risk and performance production management.

Anton has been working in the IT industry for over 17 years and during this period he has implemented successful projects with customers from the oil and gas, mining, metals industries and financial sector.

Timur Supataev has been the Head of the Strategic Digital Partnerships Program at Gazprom Neft since 2016. Previously, he was a Partner at Robin Hood Capital (2014), the Vice President of M&A at TNK-BP (2011), a Director in the Investment Department at the Basic Element Group (2005), and a Director in the Long-Term Projects Department at RUSAL (2003).

Mr. Supataev was a Board Member of Rosinfocominvest, the Russian Public Development Institution, from 2017 through 2020.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business, as well as an LLM from the University of Westminster in London. Mr. Supataev also holds a Master of Laws from RUDN University in Russia.

Alexandra Rotar is an associate at the Moscow office of Morgan Lewis and serves as AIPN's Regional Chapter Director for the CIS-FSU Region.

She focuses on advising companies investing and operating in the oil and gas, power, renewable energy, metals and mining, and natural resource sectors. Over the past 10 years, Alexandra has represented clients on some of their most significant transactions in the energy sector, with a focus on joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. She also regularly advises clients on commercial agreements such as supply agreements and service contracts, as well as on compliance with corporate, industrial, and environmental regulations affecting companies doing business in the energy sector.
