Eduardo Guevara is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Master of Laws from the Southern Methodist University of Dallas, Texas. He has more than 20 years of professional experience as legal advisor to companies in various industries, including the hydrocarbons, telecommunications, aeronautics and mining sectors. He recently served as Vice Minister of Hydrocarbons in the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines, being responsible for monitoring the policies and regulatory issues of the entire hydrocarbon industry in Peru. He has served as Chairman of the Board of PETROPERÚ since April 2020.

Janinne Delgado is a lawyer with a Master's in Political Science and a Master's in Regulation in Public Services. She has been in charge of legal headquarters at OSINERGMIN and has been legal manager at PERUPETRO S.A. She currently works as Hydrocarbons Manager of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy-SNMPE. Janinne is a teacher and speaker in various forums and courses, and a columnist for specialized magazines.

Ursula Letona is a lawyer specialized in management and public policies, with an impact on the modernization of State management, the sustainable use of natural resources and community relations. She has worked in the Public Sector providing legal services for more than 10 years at the senior management of seven ministries that make up the Executive Branch, especially in the productive sectors. Additionally, she has been a Congresswoman. In her private experience, she has been Principal Associate of the Luis Echecopar García Law Firm, Associate of Baker McKenzie International and an independent consultant for a period of 5 years.

Manuel Indacochea is a sociologist with specialization studies on applied statistics and analysis, management and resolution of social and environmental conflicts. Wide experience in the implementation of social studies (baseline, stakeholder mapping, social risks analysis, etc.) and development of social performance management systems. Provided advisory and field support to hydrocarbon, mining, energy and tourism sector projects in Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras, Guatemala, Jamaica, México and Peru. Experience in planning and implementation of prior consultation processes with indigenous peoples, according to ILO Convention 169, international standards (IFC, BID, ICMM and Equator Principles) and judgements of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR). He is Senior Advisor at Social Capital Group.

Ernesto Ordoñez is a mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the hydrocarbon sector. From 2016 to June 2020, he managed Schlumberger del Peru SA, the largest oil services multinational in the world, which has been active for more than 85 years uninterrupted in Peru. Currently is HSE - Health, Safety and Environment Manager for Peru, Colombia and Ecuador.

Carlos Hamann is a lawyer with a Master in International Relations and Master in Law, LL.M. He specializes in the areas of energy and natural resources, resolution of disputes and foreign investment with more than 20 years of experience. Carlos coheads the Energy practice at CMS Grau. Formerly, he was General Counsel & Government Affairs Director at SAVIA Peru (KNOC and ECOPETROL); International Affairs Manager at the Institute for Liberty and Democracy (ILD) and has been a Law professor for many years.

Augusto Astorga is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience advising major IOC and major Oil and Gas Services companies in all the stages of the oil and gas industry. Augusto coheads the Energy practice at CMS Grau. Formerly, Augusto advised upstream companies in other law firms, including the development of the Camisea natural gas project. Augusto has also been a Deputy Legal Manager at Hunt Oil Exploration and Production Company of Peru LLC.
