Ganesh Nayak, is the product owner and asset development manager of hydrogen supporting the U.S. Central & Gulf Coast of Chevron New Energies. In this role he is responsible for accelerating Chevron’s lower carbon business prospects, including the commercialization of hydrogen for transportation, power, industrial, and other difficult-to-abate sector opportunities.

Most recently, Ganesh served as hydrogen and ammonia product leader at Air Products in Allentown, PA. Prior to that, he held product management roles at both Honeywell UOP and GE Energy. During his career, Ganesh has worked in the areas of hydrogen, HyCO, gasification and carbon capture, and spearheaded launch of several new products and solutions in the oil & gas and petrochemicals sectors. He brings passion around sustainability and energy transition to his work.

Ganesh holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pune, India, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. He has completed executive education at both MIT’s Sloan School of Management and Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jessica Gillispie, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in the energy industry. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager in the Hydrogen Business, Jessica seamlessly combines technical expertise with a keen understanding of market dynamics. Her journey includes roles as a Hydrogen Process Safety Team Lead, Data and Process Team Lead in Shales and back to a field engineer in Shale Drilling, where she not only honed her engineering skills but also navigated the intricate world of organizational dynamics. Jessica brings a down-to-earth perspective to the energy conversation, emphasizing sustainable practices and innovative thinking.
