Join the US Chapter for an interactive lunch and learn on blockchain!

The automation and tracking abilities of smart contracts, backed by the Internet of Things and blockchain, or distributed ledger technology (DLT), have the capability to transform contractual transactions in the industry. A smart contract is a software program that enables companies to automate negotiations and approvals upfront electronically. The smart contract uses inputs of data and information that verify that contract conditions have been met to execute a transaction. This lunch and learn aims to teach the basics of blockchain, demonstrate how terms can be executed, and facilitate a question and answer session.

What can blockchain do for me?

  • Faster transparent negotiation and agreement
  • Positions company to make strategic decisions on real-time accurate data
  • Fewer personnel focused on disputes after a project completes
  • Reduced overhead on transaction processing and audit (external, joint interest)
  • Closes the trust gap between collaborative parties.

Boxed-lunches will be provided.

Registration is $40 for members, $45 for non-members and $25 for students. Please register online as space is limited.
