Francisco Xavier Salazar Diez De Sollano, Chemical Engineer and Economist, Enix, S.C.
Francisco is a chemical engineer from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí. He holds a master's degree in economics and public finance, and a diploma in global markets from the London School of Economics & Political Science. He also holds a diploma in parliamentary law from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Francisco is the coordinator of the International Conference of Regulators. He is a fellow of the Institute of the Americas at the University of California at San Diego and the School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary.

Francisco is the former President of the Mexican Chapter of the World Energy Council (WEC), the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) and the Ibero-American Association of Energy Regulators (Ariae), and Vice President of the International Relations Committee of the North American Regulators Association.
