Join us in Rio de Janeiro for breakfast and a panel discussion on regulatory aspects of the Brazilian oil and gas industry!

The event will focus on regulatory improvements under long-term E&P Contracts (i.e., Concession Contracts and Production Sharing Agreements). The panelists will describe how oil and gas companies, ANP (National Petroleum Agency), and PPSA (Pré-Sal Petróleo SA) agree (or don’t) on incorporating new legal theories and practices into existing E&P Contracts. The panelists will address the following topics:

  • What does Brazilian law and jurisprudence say on the subject?
  • Case studies
  • Possible future trends and developments
  • Strategies

Breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. and the panel discussion will begin at 9:00 a.m. There will be time after the presentation for Q&A.
