Salvador has extensive experience in arbitration under the rules of the world's leading arbitral institutions and is highly regarded for his expertise in dispute boards and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

He has also served as both sole arbitrator and presiding arbitrator in numerous international and domestic proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Mexico City National Chamber of Commerce (CANACO), and the Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM), among others. His experience includes serving in a case administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

He is recognized as one of the country's leading lawyers in the energy and natural resources area (Band 1) by Chambers and LEGAL 500.  Benjamin has been named "Lawyer of the Year" for Energy and Natural Resources by The Legal 500 at the 2023 Mexico Awards. This award recognizes the leading legal players from private practice and in-house who have contributed to the Mexican and global market. For several years, he has been acknowledged by the magazine Petróleo & Energía as one of the top 100 leaders in Mexico's energy industry and he currently serves in its Editorial Board. Additionally, in 2021, Benjamin was awarded the recognition of "Stand Lawyer" during the Stellar Performance Stand Out Talent Survey of Acritas and Chambers Latin America.

Benjamin chairs the Membership Committee of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (formerly AIPN) and serves in its Executive Committee. He also was President of the Energy Committee in AmCham Mexico during 2018 through 2021. In addition, he has lectured for the Energy and Sustainability Law Master's Degree at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and taught Energy Law classes at Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez, Universidad Juarez Autónoma de Tabasco and Business Law at ITESM Campus Ciudad Juarez. He has served at the Energy Editorial Boards of Reforma and Norte newspapers.

With over 24 years of experience in arbitration, civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, and technology disputes, Christian focuses on complex dispute resolution, legal risk management, negotiation, and crisis management. He holds leadership roles in national and international legal organizations, including co-vice chair of the Mexico Committee of the International Law Section of the ABA and coordinator of the Legal Tech Commission of the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México. He is also an author in specialized publications, a graduate-level professor, and a frequent speaker on legal and technology topics.
