Keurrie Cipriano, Manager of the School of Engineering, Processing, and Energy Transition, Petrobras
Keurrie Cipriano is the mother of Nitinha and an enthusiast in ESG, with a particular focus on Diversity & Inclusion. She is a mechanical engineer, recognized as one of the top executives in Brazil by SW50 (Santander and LSE), and received the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) award for promoting diversity in the Oil & Gas industry and the Best ESG Article award at Rio Oil & Gas 2022. As a career mentor and speaker, she began her journey at Petrobras 16 years ago, where she has worked in Refining, E&P, and Transpetro. She is currently the manager of the School of Equipment Engineering, Processing, and Energy Transition at the Corporate University. In 2025, she launched the "Mentoring Mondays" project, which supports women in overcoming their challenges with determination and courage.

Coordinator of the People Committee at ABESPETRO. Leads organizational transformation, technology and culture in high-complexity offshore operations.

Suhana Sidik is the Country Chair for PETRONAS in Brazil, which spans an integrated business from Upstream, Downstream and Maritime business. With 20 years experience in Energy industry, she was part of the setup team of Gentari, supporting PETRONAS’ agenda in stepping out into Renewable. She is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and has played key role in the Malaysia humanitarian ecosystem.

 

Marcela Sussekind Veríssimo, Legal Manager,  TotalEnergies EP Brasil 
Marcela Sussekind Veríssimo is Legal Manager at TotalEnergies EP Brasil Ltda, leading the team responsible for providing legal support to operations and asset governance in oil and gas exploration and production, mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy projects, general contracts, and litigation.She graduated in Law from PUC-Rio in 1998, obtained a specialization in Law of Obligations from FGV in 2003, and specialized in Mediation at Instituto Mediare in 2021. She also earned the Mastery in Negotiation certificate from Harvard Business School in 2021 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, California, in 2022.She was a partner in the dispute resolution practice at law firms and, since 2014, has worked as a lawyer and legal department manager in the energy sector at multinational companies.
