Prakash Sharma, VP & Head of Scenarios and Technologies, Wood Mackenzie
Prakash has over 20 years’ experience in energy, metals and mining, cleantech and climate change policy developments. He leads a team of analysts designing research for the energy transition. He joined Wood Mackenzie in 2009 and is currently based in London. He is responsible for global net zero scenario modeling, and leads discussions on hydrogen, ammonia, CCUS, next-gen nuclear and geothermal technologies.

Previously, Prakash spent two years in Beijing as head of Wood Mackenzie’s China research, guiding a team of analysts on China’s energy and economic trends, including supply-side reforms, inter-fuel competition and commodity prices. He has also led global coal markets analysis for five years, delivering research on decarbonisation policies, the impact of renewables, alternative scenarios and evolving patterns of supply, demand and prices.


Zoé Sulmont, Research Analyst Energy Transition, Wood Mackenzie
Zoé joined Wood Mackenzie in 2024 and is based in London. As a research associate in the Energy Transition team, she plays a crucial role in integrated scenario modelling at both country and regional levels, covering all major energy commodities and emerging technologies. She is an expert in advanced nuclear energy, with a particular focus on small modular reactors.

Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Zoé completed her degree in Environmental Geoscience at the University of Edinburgh, where she conducted her research project on the environmental impacts of wind farms on peatlands.


Vincent Zabielski, Partner, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP 
Vincent Zabielski is recognised as one of the Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom for Energy and Natural Resources Law. His practice focuses on international nuclear energy matters, including providing strategic advice related to new-build EPC contracts, power purchase agreements, operation and maintenance, fuel supply chain, liability issues, international treaties, mergers and acquisition, dispute resolution and export controls. Prior to joining Pillsbury, Vincent was senior nuclear counsel for the UAE nuclear new-build program, where he was responsible for integration of nuclear licensing strategy with the largest-ever public financing of a public works project. Vincent also served as associate general counsel-nuclear at Public Service Enterprise Group in New Jersey, advising the operators and owners of the Salem/Hope Creek Generating Stations regarding all aspects of nuclear operations. In this role, Vincent was responsible for all commercial contracts and routinely served as the legal interface with regulators. 

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Vincent was an engineering manager at a large nuclear facility in the United States. He has particular experience in crafting integrated solutions for new-build projects that leverage his legal, business and engineering experience to deliver maximum value for the client.
