Europe Chapter Event "Anatomy of an Offshore Wind Project"

Bjørn Harald Berge, is the Commercial Manager of Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm and for Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm. He is a Cybernetics Engineer from the University in Stavanger, Norway and has worked globally within IT, compliance, project, and commercial management of Equinor’s oil & gas and renewable business.

David Aron, is the Managing Director of Energy Expert Witness Services. He is a chemical engineer and petroleum engineer. He acts as an independent expert advising on disputes in the energy sector, covering offshore wind, solar energy and oil/gas. He has more than 20 years’ experience of being an expert witness.

Nicholas Connell, is a Senior Legal Manager at European Energy and is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is an English law qualified lawyer with extensive experience working on the development, financing, acquisition and disposal of renewable energy projects around the world and in various technologies (onshore and offshore wind, PV solar and PtX). Prior to joining EE, Nicholas was an associate at international law firms in London, UK.

Elodie Colliard, is a Senior Project Manager at Green Giraffe, a premier financial advisor for renewable energy and energy transition projects and investors. Her day-to-day responsibilities involve leading financial advisory transactions in Europe and across Green Giraffe’s global markets. This includes origination of new leads, project managing transactions from kick-off to financial close and coordinating various capital providers (lenders, investors).

Elodie’s experience covers buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, green and brownfield debt, and raising development capital across the renewable energy spectrum.

Olympe Bory, is the AIEN-YN Representative for Europe. She is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Energy, Infrastructure and Finance team in London, UK. She is a sectorial specialist with substantial experience advising clients on all aspects of the development and financing of renewable energy and oil and gas projects. Olympe is admitted in England and New York. She is fluent in French and English.
