Firas Albani, Senior Associate - Energy & Projects, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader
Firas is a senior associate in our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects (IERP) practice, based in our London office. He advises clients on M&A and project development across the oil and gas, energy transition, renewable and mining sectors, primarily in Africa, as well as in EMEA. More recently, Firas has been advising oil & gas and renewable clients on various projects in the energy transition space, including hydrogen, CCS and offshore wind.
He has spent four years working in Paris, where he undertook a secondment to the gas division of EDF’s in-house legal team. He primarily advised on gas-to-power projects and long-term LNG sale and purchase agreements.
Firas speaks English, French and Arabic.
