Registration Fees

Conference registration fees include admission to all sessions, digital course materials, lunch, refreshment breaks and a networking reception as outlined in the program. Your registration does not include hotel and travel accommodations. All fees are in US dollars

LCIA members or those wishing to pay in Pounds, please register with LCIA by clicking here.

As there are a limited number of places at the conference, early registration is recommended.

All registration rates listed for this event are inclusive of UK VAT, applicable at 20%.

Payment Types

Registration can be made via the following payment types: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only).  If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email kristin@aien.org to register. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with wire details. Please note that additional wire transfer fees will apply. If paying by check, please make it payable to ‘AIEN’ and mail to 11111 Katy Freeway, Suite 615, Houston, Texas USA, after confirmation that your online registration has been completed. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable until September 15, 2026, with a 10% administrative charge. The administrative charge will be based on your registration amount. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Please note: Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed. By registering for this event, you agree to have your: (i) contact information printed in the attendee materials; (ii) your photo taken and your likeness used in future AIEN or LCIA promotional materials including on the AIEN website.
