The deadline date to make reservations is September 13, 2024. After this date, sleeping rooms will be on a space-available basis at the hotel’s prevailing rate. The room rates are available up to three days before and three days after the conference, subject to availability.
Traveling to Houston
Houston has two airports: Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Bush Intercontinental Airport is approximately 25 miles northeast of the hotel and is Houston’s largest airport. Hobby Airport is approximately 20 miles southeast of the Omni. If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a visa for this conference, payment of the registration fee must first be made. If you apply and do not receive a visa, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate, and we will refund your payment in full. Please email Kristin@aien.org for more details.
