Join AIEN's Japan Sub-Chapter for our first roundtable discussion of the year! The program will feature a one-hour presentation followed by a 30-minute Q&A session with Professor Nakatani, who will share his insights on the Strait of Hormuz crisis.
The Strait of Hormuz remains one of the world's most strategically significant waterways, and ongoing tensions in the region continue to present serious challenges to global energy security and the international economy. Drawing on the principles of international law, Professor Nakatani will examine the legal implications of the crisis, its impact on international shipping and commerce, and the broader challenges facing the global community.
