Marc Howson, Head of APAC & Global LNG, Welligence Energy Analytics
Marc joined Welligence in 2022 and is currently Head of APAC and Global LNG, based in Singapore.

Marc has over twenty years of energy experience, specialising in LNG and gas. He started analysing LNG with Wood Mackenzie in the UK and Houston.  In Singapore, Marc led the Global LNG Pricing team for S&P Global Platts, including managing daily price assessments of JKM, the LNG benchmark price.  Previously, he headed FGE’s LNG/Gas Analysis department, focused on advising East of Suez buyers and sellers regarding LNG strategies, trends and pricing.  Marc also spent several years with QatarEnergy LNG and Gazprom Marketing & Trading's LNG marketing teams in Doha and Singapore, respectively, where he helped structure LNG sales agreements, revise their marketing strategies, develop global gas models and lead teams of analysts. Marc holds a BSc in International Business from the University of Warwick.
