AIEN will host a one-day seminar at NAPE 2026, the Tuesday before the NAPE Summit Energy Business Conference. Registration for the AIEN Seminar is included in NAPE Summit Energy Business Conference registration types. 

There are a select number of seats available for the AIEN Seminar only, which are available complimentary, exclusively for AIEN members. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. AIEN Members who are not attending NAPE Energy Business Conference, please register at the link to the right. If you are attending the NAPE Energy Business Conference, please do not register at the link to the right as the AIEN Seminar is already included. 

The seminar will feature four sessions covering topics including:

• New Energy Pivoting in the Era of Lower Government Funding
• The Age of LNG: Will Demand keep up or are we headed for a Supply Bubble?
• Re-examining Preferential Purchase Rights and Its Relatives in JOAs
• Culture’s Impact on International Negotiations

Continuing Education Credits
AIEN is an accredited sponsor approved by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE. A maximum of 6.00 CLE credit hour, of which 0.00 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit will be awarded based on individual attendance.
