Organized by the Asia Chapter (Pakistan section), this webinar will discuss disputes which have arisen or may arise in the oil and gas industry of Pakistan as a result of COVID-19. Specifically, speakers will discuss contractual and legal disputes which may arise between various actors in the industry. Regulatory disputes which may arise between Pakistan’s oil and gas regulator and the entities it regulates will also be explored. Finally, speakers will examine the efficacy of available dispute resolution mechanisms for each of these categories of disputes.
