The webinar will also cover the speakers' recently published "Joint Venture Disputes in the Energy and Natural Resource Sectors", which significantly expands on the research they provided in a 2020 AIEN Research Paper. Based on a comprehensive review of almost 400 cases from around the world, the book discusses close to 200 court cases and 50 arbitral awards, including a number of arbitral awards that have not been previously published.
