Corresponding with International Women's Day (IWD 2026), AIEN's Regional Chapters are hosting a series of events around the world during the month of March.

As the world of work evolves, personal branding has become a strategic tool for visibility, credibility, and influence, particularly for African women in the energy sector. 

This International Women’s Day, the Women Negotiators Group in Africa is taking a fresh approach by flipping the traditional mentoring narrative. The webinar will begin with younger female energy professionals sharing how they understand and build personal brands in an AI-enabled, digitally driven workplace. Then, senior women leaders will provide perspective, practical guidance, and insights on refining personal brands for leadership, longevity, and impact.

Designed as an interactive webinar, the session will feature two panels, live audience engagement, and practical takeaways. Participants will leave with an actionable framework they can implement immediately and share beyond the session.

This conversation reflects Africa’s future workforce; dynamic, digital, and intergenerational, and creates space for learning in both directions.
