Join the AIEN-YN US Chapter for an overview of the AIEN's Model Form Joint Operating Agreement (JOA). The JOA is the primary agreement between joint venturers to an international oil and gas exploration and production operation. It is a highly complex and nuanced document that may last for decades. Professor Nadorff will describe the legal and commercial context of JOAs and then discuss several clauses that typically present the greatest challenges in negotiations or most commonly lead to litigation.
