Join us for a discussion on the emerging market for the purchase and sale of tax credits derived from renewable energy projects, following the passage in August of 2022 of the Inflation Reduction Act. The Inflation Reduction Act allowed, for the first time, the ability of tax credit generators to transfer tax credits to a third party.
