Join the US Chapter for our monthly luncheon to learn about new legal developments in Texas energy.

During the 88th Texas Legislature (ended on May 29, 2023), several bills were aimed at ensuring the reliability of the Texas power grid. Many of the changes presented will entail regulatory and operational impacts for renewables-powered and non-dispatchable power generation in Texas.

Our speakers will analyze specific enacted energy bills while examining the overall impact the 88th Texas Legislature has on the energy industry, including on developers and other relevant stakeholders.

Lunch will be served.

Registration is $25 for members, $45 for non-members and $15 for students. Please register at the link to the right by September 11.
