The Model Contracts Workshop is a cornerstone of AIEN’s highly regarded Model Contracts. Held annually, the Workshop offers a valuable forum for meaningful participation and feedback on our model forms, along with exceptional networking opportunities across the global energy industry.

This year’s program will feature interactive sessions for both experienced and aspiring negotiators, exploring key aspects of existing AIEN agreements, models currently in development, and initiatives supporting contract standardization within AIEN’s expanded energy scope. Leading industry practitioners will share their extensive experience negotiating AIEN agreements, highlight commonly encountered issues, and discuss critical provisions.
