Katiana Bilda is a lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law and 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, working in both tax consulting and litigation. She has worked at major international operating companies in Brazil, including Repsol, BG, and Shell – where she currently serves as Tax Manager. Katiana is the author of several articles on the sector and spent six years coordinating the Natural Gas Tax Group of the Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo e Gás Natural (IBP), where she worked alongside the Institute’s Natural Gas Board on market liberalisation and natural gas regulation.
Luiz Fraga, Finance & Planning Manager, Chevron South America Exploration
Luiz Fraga has been Chief Financial and Planning Officer at Chevron Brazil since 2018, overseeing Tax, General and Joint Venture Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning. With over 20 years in the oil and gas sector, he previously held leadership roles in both upstream and downstream financial areas, including serving as General Tax Manager. Gabriela Rocha is an accountant and tax specialist with over 17 years of experience in the energy and maritime industries. She spent five years as an expatriate in Oslo, Norway, which provided her with an in-depth understanding of international tax practices and the challenges of global operations. Throughout her career, she has advised operations in regions such as Europe, the Americas, and Africa, particularly in jurisdictions with complex tax systems. Gabriela is recognised for her strategic vision and ability to navigate challenging regulatory environments, contributing to the tax efficiency and compliance of multinational companies in the sector.

Tiago leads the customs practice and the cases involving the taxation of the Oil, Gas & Offshore industry. He has extensive experience in customs matters (both consulting and litigation), including procedural aspects in foreign trade operations, as he has added to his legal knowledge the qualification courses in the customs and foreign trade areas.
