Join us for a panel discussion on AIEN’s Model JOA and Farmout Agreement and their application in Latin America. Our speakers will discuss the important aspects of JOAs and farm-outs after a concise introduction dealing with the first principles and fundamentals of both.

We will address the particulars of JOAs in unitization agreements and unconventional hydrocarbon projects. As well as the challenges to the application of forms in Latin America, with regards to remedies for breach of contract, transfers, and others within the framework of the lifting of sanctions to PDVSA, analyze the impact of sanctions in Venezuela, and describe the main aspects and perspectives of OFAC General License #44.
