Participants will be equipped to recognize negotiation dynamics and embedded assumptions, substance/relationship trade-off, competition vs collaboration, and positions vs interests. Learn how to create a deal that benefits both parties (and their respective stakeholders) in the short, medium and long term. Also, learn how to create the conditions for successful negotiations and how to define success.
