The UK Supreme Court now requires oil companies who may be applying for field development approval to list the amount of Scope 3 emissions which will arise from the burning of any produced hydrocarbons. Similar arguments are being made in Norway in the Greenpeace Nordic case.

Join us for this hybrid event organized by our Europe Chapter where our expert panelists will discuss how holdings of this kind pose significant problems for the oil and gas industry.
