Join AIPN's Latin America Regional Chapter and Universidad Externado de Colombia for a workshop on the principles and key elements of negotiations. A group of seasoned professionals will cover the following topics and a practical exercise:

- Introduction to Negotiations in the Oil and Gas Industry,
- Negotiation: The “Theory” – Strategy, Tactics and Tools,
- International Negotiations: Cross-Cultural Impacts on Negotiations,
- Negotiating with Difficult People, and
- Effective Negotiations: Team Dynamics and Negotiation with Partners and Internal Management.

The event will be held in Spanish.
