Examples of the type of work that the team is handling at the moment include a LCIA arbitration for a joint operating agreement dispute, an ICC arbitration relating to a drilling contract for the provision of drilling services offshore West Africa, multiple adjudications and parallel court litigation arising out of the construction of a waste to energy plant, advising on a force majeure claim under a Contract for Difference, acting for a global supermajor in litigation relating to the supply of aviation fuel,and advising on capacity issues for a major gas pipeline.</span></p>
