      New energy attorney job position open at the US Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP).

      This is a great opportunity for energy lawyers with 2-7 years of experience.  CLDP works with foreign governments and regulators on commercial legal reform: we review and advise on draft policies, model contracts, regulations; we organize and deliver workshops in the host government’s capitals tailored to what the country is asking for, from LNG imports to tenders to renewable PPAs.   I regularly work with AIPN members to be our experts at these workshops. This position is oriented towards experience with gas and power, which are our major needs; please read description in the link below.
