Summit Registration Rates
Registration rates for the 2023 IES are listed below. All rates are listed in US dollars. Students will be asked to submit their current proof of enrollment along with their registration. Registration does not include hotel and travel accommodations.
Full Delegate registration includes Welcome Reception, Awards Dinner, all continental breakfasts, breaks and luncheons, and IES digital materials
Day Delegate registration includes continental breakfast, breaks, lunch and digital materials for the selected day
Networking Only registration includes Welcome Reception, Awards Dinner, all continental breakfasts, breaks and luncheons

Register 3 or more regularly-priced delegates and only pay $2200 per delegate! Group rates only apply to Full Delegate registrations. Does not apply to already-discounted National Company/Government, Academic or Student rates. Registration for group rate must be made at one time under one payment. Group registrations made via credit card can be processed online. Group rate will populate after a minimum of 3 attendees are added. Placeholders may be used initially, updated with specific attendee details no later than 3 weeks before the event. Group registrations made via wire transfer or check, must complete the registration form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org to register.

Individual evening event tickets are available to purchase at the fees below. Note: Full Delegate and Networking Only registrations include access to the Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner, we just ask you confirm if attending during the registration process. At this time you may purchase additional tickets or Day Delegates may add these to their registration.

Can't make the full conference but would like to attend a workshop? Tickets may be purchased without attending the conference by emailing a completed registration form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration can be made online via the following payment types: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only). If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email your completed registration form to email@example.com. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with wire details. Please note that additional wire transfer fees will apply. If paying by check, please make it payable to ‘AIEN’ and mail to 11111 Katy Freeway, Suite 615, Houston, Texas USA, after confirmation that your online registration has been completed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Fees are refundable until April 28, 2023, minus a 10% administrative charge. The administrative charge will be based on your registration amount. After that date, fees are non-refundable, but timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Please note: Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed.
