Room Rate

Sleeping room rates are £349 be inclusive of taxes and full English breakfast in single occupancy, and at £374 for double occupancy.

Reservations can be made online by clicking here in order to receive the special room rate. 

The deadline date to make reservations is August 25, 2022. After August 25, the remaining hotel rooms will be released, but the hotel will continue to offer the quoted bedroom rate after the reservation deadline, subject to rate and space availability.

Once a room has been booked it becomes non-refundable, however, we can allow a change of name on a booked room providing an alternative valid credit card upon amendment of current reservation and written consent from the person who initially booked the room, otherwise, the first person who made the booking will be liable for the payment. 

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Hotel Location

The London Hilton on Park Lane is located on prestigious Park Lane, in the heart of Mayfair and overlooks Hyde Park. All areas of central London are easily accessible including the main shopping districts of Knightsbridge, Bond Street and Regent Street, as well as many London attractions like Buckingham Palace which is only a 10-minute walk.

The hotel is just five minutes from Hyde Park Corner or Green Park underground stations by foot, or you can take one of the several bus routes from their doorstep. The Heathrow Express rail service runs to London's Paddington Station, where you can take a taxi directly to the London Hilton on Park Lane Hotel. The Gatwick Express rail service runs directly to London's Victoria Station, where taxis are also available for the 10-minute car journey.

Travel to London

By Air

London is one of the most accessible cities in Europe, with 6 international airports offering direct flights to more than 390 destinations. Together, they make the busiest airport system in the world by passenger numbers. London Heathrow is the largest, whilst London City airport puts you on the doorstep of east London. Gatwick and London Southend are located to the south of the city, and London Luton and Stansted airports offer flights by many low-cost carriers.

By Train

Express trains link Heathrow and Gatwick airports to London city center in less than 30 minutes, with four trains running every hour. Additional information regarding London’s train system can be found here.

Eurostar connects London to several close by cities with Paris being just under two and half hours or Brussels in less than two hours of a journey.

Public Transport 

Tube

London has one of the largest urban transport networks in the world. The quickest way to get around is on the underground system known as the Tube. With color-coded lines and 272 stations, it reaches every corner of the city. For more information about the Tube or to download a map, please click here. Buses

The iconic double-decker buses are a convenient and cheap way to travel around the city, with plenty of sightseeing opportunities along the way. London’s bus route network covers the entire city with a 24-hour service. TfL strongly recommends customers to wear face coverings on its services.

Paying for Public Transportation

Using an Oyster travel smartcard is the easiest way to travel around the city's public transport network. Oyster smartcards, travel cards and tickets can be purchased at stations or online and are accepted on the Tube, buses, DLR, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers river bus service, London Overground and most National Rail services in London. Have a contactless card? You can also use your contactless debit or credit card to pay for travel in London as well. It’s ideal if you don’t have or want an Oyster card. Or if you run out of pay as you go credit on your Oyster card. The main difference is that you don’t have to top-up your Oyster card with money, the fare is automatically taken from your debit card or credit card the following day.

Taxis

Complete your London experience with a ride in one of the city's black cabs. London's official taxis, black cabs can be hailed in the street or at designated areas, including many mainline rail, Tube and bus stations.

If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a visa for this conference, payment of the registration fee must first be made.  If you apply and do not receive a visa, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate, and we will refund your payment in full.
